Our Orthodontic Team

Each member of our staff is highly trained with specialized education. The clinical staff is specifically trained in orthodontics and is certified by the Oregon State Board of Dentistry. Staff members receive continuing education to update knowledge and techniques, and their performance is in accordance with the standards set by the Oregon State Board of Dental Examiners. Our Team is the best we've ever had. They possess the skills and training in the latest technology available to provide the best orthodontic care anywhere. Our front office staff will welcome you to our clinic and are here to help you as you arrive for your orthodontic appointment. Our front office staff are important members of The Dischinger Team who work together with patients, parents, and other members of our staff to produce excellent orthodontic results. Whether the goal is simply a beautiful smile or corrective procedures to create a functional occlusion (a correct bite), orthodontics contributes to health and happiness as well as self-esteem. Our front office staff will help you throughout your orthodontic treatment.

Carrie
Carrie has worked for Dischinger Orthodontics for 20 years. The first 10 years she was an assistant in the clinic and now is the Front Office Coordinator. She enjoys walking, biking and gardening.
Julie
Julie has been a part of the Dischinger Team for 13 years and loves what she is doing! As the Financial Coordinator it is a gratifying feeling serving our patients each day with a smile. She has been happily married for 30 years and treasures family time.
Suzi
Suzi has been with the Dischinger Team since 2001. She is married to Michael, who is a Pastor in Canby. They have two children, Heather, 16 and Spenser, 12. Suzi enjoys getting to know our patients, scrapbooking, and planning either a Disney trip or a short-term mission trip to South America with Focus on the Family!
Tina
Tina has 23 years of professional orthodontic experience. She lives in Portland with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening and walking with her Jack Russell Terrier.

Our laboratory technicians are important members of our orthodontic treatment team. They will make models of your teeth that will be used in treatment discussions and as a visual record of your present orthodontic condition. The laboratory technicians will also build the appliances to produce your perfect smile and bite and the retainers you will wear after your braces come off to maintain these results for a lifetime.
Lindsay
Lindsay has been at the Dischinger Team since 2008 as our Lab Coordinator. She comes to us from Milwaukee and completed the dental program at Clackamas Community college. She enjoys baking and art projects. She has one kitten named Nora.

Key players in The Dischinger Team are our orthodontic assistants. They perform many of the procedures during your orthodontic treatment and they are always available for help when you need them. Of course, Dr. Terry and Dr. Bill are in charge of each patient's treatment and they will personally examine each patient when they come in for an appointment and meet with parents and patients at the conclusion of each appointment. You will see the same Orthodontic Assistant at each appointment throughout your treatment. By seeing the same orthodontic assistant, you will develop a close and trusting friendship. Don't be surprised if your Orthodontic Assistant becomes one of your best friends!

Holly
Holly has worked in orthodontics since 1987. She lives in Tigard with her husband Craig and their son Jordan. She loves spending time with them and plays on a city league volleyball team.
Tara
Tara has been in orthodontics since 2000. She lives in Forest Grove with her husband, daughter Kylee and son Logan. She loves to spend time with her family and scrapbooking.
Jocelyn
Jocelyn has worked in the dental field for 10 years and started with the Dischinger Team in 2004. When she is not at work she loves spending time with her husband Matt and son Myles. She also enjoys camping, watching movies and doing crafts.
Reanne
Reanne has been with Dischinger Team Orthodontics since 2007. She lives in Lake Oswego with her boyfriend and their dog Chett. She loves to go camping and 4-wheeling down south in the sand dunes whenever she has time off.
Tina
Tina has 8 years of dental experience. She is a mother of 2 and enjoys gardening, fishing, crabbing and claming. She also loves camping and dirt bike riding.
Leslie
Leslie lives with her family in West Linn. She enjoys babysitting and working with children. She and her boyfriend love spending time at the coast and going bowling.

During your first visit, one of our Treatment Coordinators will welcome you to our office and will visit with you to determine how we can best meet your orthodontic needs. Your Treatment Coordinator will then be responsible for taking your initial photographs and x-rays that the doctor will use to determine the appropriate treatment plan. The Treatment Coordinator will also give the patient and his/her family a brochure explaining our flexible payment plan. The Treatment Coordinator will then brief Dr. Terry or Dr. Bill and then assist them during your initial examination and consultation.
The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of your orthodontic care and is always available to answer your questions and assist you in scheduling appointments. Your Treatment Coordinator is here to help you as you begin your orthodontic treatment.

Sabrina has been in orthodontics since 1987. She lives in Tigard with her young son Mason. She enjoys reading, gardening and being in the sunshine.
